Sprint Touch Pros on Back Order

No1 has been able to purchase TPs from Sprint for a while now. Or they are very limited. I just tried to get the insurance replacement but they said they dont have and earliest is 3 weeks. That is sooo inconvenient for me. I cant live without my TP for that long. Any1 know anything?

i just got a replacement this week, called monday and was here wed. it new, not refurb. bug sprint more. my store in pa also has 3 laying around.

I made 2 calls to Sprint support last week and went to 2 Sprint stores, and a 3rd party retailer. No one could get me a replacement unit ordered or a replacement battery. On my 2nd call to Sprint they offered to replace the unit with another model. I promptly hung up as my TP, while having a slightly raised home key, has no issues aside from the standard battery life.

I know that a new battery's not going to get me different results, but I was laying the ground-work for a -free- second battery. Too bad they called my bluff with the trade-out for a diff model.

No one could give me a timeline, but the 3rd party store said they've been backordered for a month solid.

It's a popular device despite it's faults..

sounds like you need to call *2 and tell them that you will not pay for services you're not getting.that will most certainly speed things up for you.

i dont think that will matter if you threaten not to pay. have you tried bringing it to the store. or is it water damaged? and if none of these apply try using the site to replace it.
