Help - Comm Manager Theme

I'm using the origianl TF3D theme and I like it better than the Sprint theme(Matches the keyboard) and I've looked everywhere and cannot seem to find the images for the original Comm Manager theme. It looks like this (Selections may be different) :

Any help would be greatly appreciated
