sMMS Picture Mail Composer

I don't know if anyone uses this on their Touch Pro, and I have been searching but cannot find a definite answer. As it is right now, I have to type the phone number like this 123-456-7891@mms.att.net to send pictures or video. Does sMMS let me send directly to my contacts without having to know the persons phone number and provider email?
