I've looked through UI Tweaker and I can't find the highlight text option for the first one, and I don't know what the background on the unlock menu would be considered as.

Now I just need to know how to change this color. That red is annoying as hell.

Yea, sorry about that. I remembered having that exact same problem after I posted that but when I went back to edit my post I got the endless "wait for your post to go through" error (that has been happening more & more lately)

I remembered that I had used Wisbar to change all my start menu colors so it has a deep blue background with cherry red highlights when an item is selected.

I just used that registry edit that someone posted on the first page and it worked like a charm. It looks really good right now. Thanks for the feedback though.

Ok, I figured out that UI Tweaker is what made this happen, so I am about to uninstall it. Anyone have any suggestions on what I need to do to change my taskbar back to black after I uninstall UI Tweaker?

I did it with Wisbar Adv 3, see my screen shot in the post above.

In that shot, Wisbar did the shiny black bars & the start menu colors (it also creates the cascading start menu)
