I created a test note on my Touch Pro. When I saved it, I noted that the default folder is in the Device's main memory. I left it there. The folder was "none" which means it is in the "My Documents" folder on the device's main memory. Now tether to your computer and open the Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) and click "file management" and "browse". Go to your Touch Pro in the explorer, careful to look in Device's folder and NOT the storage card folder, and double click on the "My Documents' folder. You should see your files there unless you changed the save location for your notes (go to whatever folder you selected when saving the file). Now right click on the saved file. Click "copy". And now go to the Explorer and your favorite place to store these files on your PC. In that folder, right click and select "copy". Your file will be there now. Does that do it?
