Well when I ty to connect to any website if gives me
"you tried to access the address, so so so, wihch is currently unavailable. Please make sure the web address is spelled correctly la la la Make sure your internet connection is active and check whether other applications that reply on the same connections are working :/ what could that mean? |

So let me get this straight, you have to be synced for internet to work?? or just have the usb port plugged in(charging or syncing)

well, when its plugged in its sync'ed and charging
but the only time the internet will work on the phone is when its plugged in, like for example if I go to the other room I could not watch a youtube video |

Try this first... open your dial pad and dial ##3282# then click on "View". Look at the line that reads "Active Profile". If the Setting is a 0 (zero) then internet is not active on the phone. If it reads 1 (one) then you should be ok and something else is going on.
If 0 (Zero) then you will have to call CC to get it fixed unless you know you lock code and can edit the line to read 1. If it reads 1 then go into Start -> Settings and then the System Tab. Scroll down to "Update Profile" and run it... that might fix things for you. If that does not work.. CC is probably going to be your best route to fix it. |
