Great work. Can you make the end of the animates squish into the welcome file as well. So after it transitions to the welcome image from the animated it has the same logo? That would be appreciated.

Also, which image is the carrier image? ie; carrier, animated, and welcome

Thanks! Some people don't understand the difficulty of cutting images out. But I started using masks, and along with the Magic Wand and Pen tools, I can work with greater precision.

I would like to replace the AT&T 3G start up image where the flames cross the bars and make the "soaring" sound, with the HTC logo squashing the Apple. Would anybody happen to know what I need to do in order to make that happen?
