As Darren mentioned earlier...the 800w comes with Sprite backup, which allows you to backup more than just pim info.

I use PimBackup & SK Tools.I also use outlook to backup contacts,calender,email,tasks, ect. .....sync to backup when connected to active sync

not asking this to be rude- i'm confused. if i sync the TP with my PC (contacts, etc.) is there an advantage to also using one of these backup programs?
