Can't Reinstall Sprint ROM

After getting a Sprint TP and transferring it over to VZW succesfully I seem to be having problems with it now. The camera no longer works and the keyboard continues to stop working at certain times along with the device being extremely slow (thinking its a bad unit). What I want to do is return it to Sprint for a replacement device but I first need to reflash the Sprint ROM but whenever I try to I get the message in the flasher saying invalid device. Anyone know how I can reflash it back? I have tried turning it off and going to the bootloader but that doesnt work either. Sorry if this has been answered but I tried looking for it and couldn't find it.

EDIT: Never mind I seemed to have finally got it, but if anyone still has a way to fix the keyboard problems I would love to hear it.
