if u use BAF MSL tool he also has a EPST launcher. Try to use the launcher then go through the menu to do a manual PRL update. sounds like u 2 are missing espt

Try putting another # symbol on the end. ##775#. That is what always have worked for me. If that doesn't work, then you can just use the file explorer on your phone and navigate to the windows directory and open the file named EPST.exe
