Verizon EVDO signal issue

So i was part of the whole Alltel buyout by Verizon, Im having issues with getting the EVDO signal on my phone. I have flashed to the Verizon stock rom and i get the EVDO signal fine with the Alltel TP, but by doing that i lose youtube and Google maps as well as other features that the verizon rom seems to not support, likely do to the fact that the Verizon TP is terrible and cant support anything.

I have the Latest radio and prl on my phone but if i flash to a different rom i lose my signal even thought the radio and prl are remaining the same . Anybody have any ideas on what might be going on. I cant seem to find an answer anywhere. Any help would be appreciated
