not documented, that I know, but thats what my phone does. assuming they are all the same pros should do the same unless you change the programming.

just talked to my friend at the sprint store he said, "If the wifi and data are on, the Pro will use the wifi for anything that uses internet. (not including texts, duh)"

That's because it uses the wifi for data, so sprinttv sees you connecting from a non-sprint IP. You have to be using a sprint IP to access sprint tv (so it can see whats on your account, make sure you're paying for it, etc).

It's not that hard to tell....
1) With WIFI off browse to www.whatismyip.com. 2) Then turn WIFI on and browse to the same address again. If the IPs are different then it is using the WIFI. You might need to close the browser before step 2. Richard |
