Battery monitor software that measures INPUT charging power?
I am using Battlog and that only measure drainage mah. I would like to measure charging mah.

yes, you need a program called nuePower.
http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/page/nuePower.aspx You will need to download nuePowerCPL AND nuePower, install them both and look in your Setting

nuePowerDriver for CDMA Diamon
and the NuePowerCPL it's up to you weather you want the cab or zip.
