I did a test today with the wmwifirouter using a stock Touch Pro against a Touch Pro with the pocketnowEnableWLANGMode.cab from this post http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=49652 and I had some interesting results. I want to confirm this being a working cab because as of now this cab has did something great to my internet sharing.

Here are my results.

its in your head that cab has no effect on the diamond or pro as its configured to enter a key for a WiFi b/g driver we dont even use

ive said this many times now.

i hope this "tweak" or lack there of dies soon lol

How did my speeds jump like that? This must be a great coincidence.
Lol.
That's why I need for other people to post there speeds so I can confirm I was fooled. Haha.
But as for now this cab worked for me.

By the way to make it even more clear, My mogul is fro the 11/18/08 batch.

Because there is no consistency? I get faster speeds than that without the tweak. The tweak is supposed to allow your Wi-Fi to run at G speeds... which is 54mb. Your phone is already doing that. If not, then something is wrong with it. If you are using a Mogul for comparison, I have no info for that. I can only tell you that the Touch Pro is already running at G speeds.
