Phone acting up!

Yesterday I noticed that when I turn the phone on it takes an extremely long time to load. And the Touch Flo doesn't load up until about 2 hours after it's been turned on. The 5 hard keys (Home, back, call answer, call end and the center button) doesn't work at all. The keyboard sometimes work and it's just horribly slower. The touch screen has been working on occasion. I have never dropped my phone and I have no water damage. I don't understand what's wrong with my phone. Can someone please help me.

Here is what may help you: Hard reset/turn off TF and see what happens
Here is what definitely will help: Repair store for exchange

I would't stay with a phone like that man, did you dowload some apps to it, when did this start, how old is tHE TP?

I agree! I would do a Hard Reset and if there was no improvement, back to the store. That's too many problems.

I got the phone Nov. 10th. I hear that there's a way to hard reset the phone but I don't know how. Someone told me on the train to hold vol. down and something but I forgot.

KG:
go to setting/system/clear storage. This will wipe all your prog and contacts, make sure you have that backed up. This is a hard reset.

Iv'e done that before and that helped the keyboard work but it didn't do anything for the hard keys

i was having similar issues after installing a couple of programs. it even went as far as my keyboard stop working. i removed all the programs from the startup folder and removed some items and my phone started working perfect. so hard reset will definatly fix it.

What programs did you remove from your phone? I restarted my phone last night and that's when i noticed that none of the hard keys work besides home and back. It's weird because if you press a key on the keyboard or move your finger over the scroll wheel, the phone acknowledges you pressing that button by lighting up, but doesn't perform the function of what that button's supposed to do. The only thing i can remember was installing a few days back Personalizer 2.0 to remove the Sprint name from my phone.

my fone is doing that too now... but it wont let me make fone calls at all... except like the first 2 min after i turn the fone on or soft reset and then it just wont let me make calls... ill dial number and keep pressing call button or touch the screen and nothing.. basically its like the phone program in the phone is mestup.. i tried hard reset.. this sux.

you have a bad phone soldier!return it at once!
