Need a Hard reset maybe, HELP TOUCH FLO NOT Loading

How do you perform a hard reset o my touch pro, ive been having problems with my touch pro loading Touch FLO 3D with the stock sprint rom, it will finally load after 5 minutes but the phone runs really slow and sucks and freezes a lot, then i used the SPL hard unlocker and loaded juggalos rom and i love the rom but im still having the same issue Touch FLO 3D takes forever to load and the phone runs really slow it seems that the issue that i had with the stock rom is the same issue i am having with juggalos rom, maybe its a hardware issue. Im so sick of windows mobile its such a ****ty OS.
