I did a hard reset and still the same problem persists phone is very slow and it takes like 5 minutes after you turn it on for touch flo to load up, im so sick of windows mobile im ready for an iphone, cuz this touch pro is driving me crazy i don't know what else to try maybe swap for a diamond or another touch pro
