This is annoying now - I couldn't find that file, so I'm going to format my SD card, and then see if that works.

So - if I format my card, soft reset my phone, put in the card and then go to the music tab it SHOULD in theory work right?

yes but you didnt have to reformat the card to get this done... btw welcome to the site!

I don't know what else to do - I don't know why this isn't working and more to the point, how I got it working in the first place!

Yeah, that will work too. It will be listed as album

Well I've deleted everything - because I can't find a formatter for my SD card

It's still not working - WHY ISN'T IT WORKING?
