.net 35 error

uninstall picmail, uninstall netcompact3.5 ... soft reset... install net on device... then i get an error message upon installation now ... :
\installation error. stop all applications and processes, maximize available storage space and run installation again. support info: 2.

anyluck how toinstall again?
