Are you sure you have it fully set up on phonefusions site? You dont need an extension number. But whatever phone numbers you are having forwarded you MUST have them listed in your account at phonefusion. You cant just install the software on your phone and think it automatically configures. TRust the program works fine with no snags, its all in your configuration where u are having the problem at

like i said, if u forwarding your cell phone, and your house phone, you need to input those numbers on the phonefusions site so it knows who's box to transfer too

my guess is u dont have those numbers listed in your account, so when its transferred to 813-200-0200 it doesnt know who's box to send it to cuz u dont have it listed

u need to dial 611 and have sprint set up CONDITIONAL forwarding. for it to transfer when you dont answer and is busy. tell them to forward to 813-200-0200

then log into your account at phonefusion and put in all the numbers of the phones u want forwarded

AHHHHHHHhhhhh, I HATE talking to sprint. Seriousy.

Okay, so its working now. I had it setup the same way as before, but now its working. I think Sprint must have setup the forwarding differnet this time.

Can you confirm that you were able to get Sprint to set up conditional forwarding (only when not answered, etc) without charging any fees per forwarded call? I've heard mixed reports as to whether or not this is possible... I know each Sprint rep you talk to will tell you something different, I'd just like someone using it to confirm that it works and that they aren't seeing any additional charges on their bill.

Thanks!!

What are the perks/pros of Visual Voicemail over "non visual"?

You can choose which voicemail to listen to, without having to go through all the messages in the order the system received it. For example, if you get 4 voicemails in under 1 minute, a visual voicemail "lists" the messages along with other info like the phone number and the time the voicemail was left. Choose whichever one you want to listen to first, from the latest voicemail or a voicemail you received 30 days ago!
