Re: CDMA Touch Pro Teardown!!
Just got a TP and noticed the screen sits a little too high on the right side, it sticks up above the chrome trim. I've glanced over the TP service manual, Makuk's disassembly guide, and that Russian website, but didn't see anything that seemed to address this issue. I'm hoping I just missed some obvious solution. Has anybody else observed this issue, is it common, any thoughts on a fix? Is this just a case of some failed adhesive under the screen? Thanks.

Re: CDMA Touch Pro Teardown!!
Would you be able to show a picture of LCD screen with detailed connectors? I have to buy a replacement LCD screen and could verify if the one I want is original OEM or some cheep chinese fake. Maybe you have a source of those u would recommend?

Re: CDMA Touch Pro Teardown!!
Well I think I F'd up... I was taking mine apart to clean it and more or less just because. I noticed a few of those black plastic tape things starting to come off so my ocd having ass picked at them. I eventually tore them off. Well now my gps doesn't work for anything so I am assuming I just tore the antanneas off didn't I? $#@!
Update: Well, thankfully my wife recently got an EVO so her old TP gave up it's chassis. Those black plastic/tape things are absolutely the GPS antennas. For some strange reason my GPS works better than it ever did before. I used to get 4~6 pings and now I get 9~11 pings average. I just turned it on and I'm sitting at 16 with an HDOP of 1.1 steady.
