I almost want to trade you phones. Mine is a bit too loud. my ringer and system vol is set BELOW 1/2 and it's still a bit loud.

I've done badboys, I've done audio para 3 and my ringer, earpiece and speaker volumes are still crap.
I gave my Touch (older HTC) to my son and his ringer is louder then a nextel phone. I'm getting old, I want a SUPER LOUD ringer.
