threaded outlook?

I have me email (gmail) running on my TP out look is there a way to have threaded email on my TP like gmail.com's threaded email and like my text messaging is?

I'm confused. Email is already threaded if you reply to the same message and keep the original post.

Outlook doesn't thread like gmail does. Even on Windows it doesn't.

Flexmail does this, but it's not quite the same as how GMail does it. It doesn't collapse the messages in list view, but it will put links to other messages in the conversation at the top (for earlier) and bottom (for later) of the message you're reading.

Actually, outlook on the PC can (sort of). Just sort your messages by 'conversation' (NOT 'Date')...only downside is I can't get my msgs to show up in the thread - only other people's msgs...unless someone knows of a fix for this?
