mail failing to send

i am having trouble with sending mail with windows live mail. i have my mail from work set up to forward to my live account (set up with "as items arrive") just like it is push mail. my work does not use exchange so that is not an option. i have no problems with receiving mail...only sending. error says windows live mail is unable to send at this time. google search shows that this is an issue. are there any fixes? or is there a better way to approach this?thanks for any help that you may be able to provide.

Try ending your data connection and trying to send again. Sometimes the data connection stops working and won't close.
