On Screen Keyboard switched to stock.....what happened?

So I went to send a text today and upon bringing up the on screen keyboard I found I no longer had the big buttoned HTC keyboard, but rather the tiny, unusable stock winmo one. I havent changed any software on the phone recently and I would really like to get that bigger keyboard back. Anybody here know what I can do? I am currently using JDROM7.1

did you soft reset?

you can change the type of keyboard you use.

Press the little arrow that appears at the side the little keyboard that appears at the bottom of the screen . there you can change your input type.
select full qwerty and you get the big one

ok....my question to you is this.....is this your first ever winmo device? If so then welcome to the ppc community. Now....at the same location you see the keyboard icon at...just click on it...then an arrow should appear...click the arrow and change it back to full qwerty (at least thats what I prefer)....

if this is not your first winmo device....then my question to you is this..."are you f*&@$(! serious?" lol

but honestly...sounds like it reverted back to "keyboard" and you just need to change it to the full qwerty

(also....an even easier way is to go to start>>>settings>>input ....)

haha, yea, this actually is my first personal winmo device, I work in IT and have been managing them for years though.

That pretty much sums up how I feel about this right now. Learn something new every day I guess.

Everyone starts somewhere!

Also, you can set the default input keyboard by going to Start>Settings>Input. But I haven't needed to do that on my TP because the settings stick.
