This is a question that gets asked everyday. No one is going to be able to answer that for you. Every rom is different and so is every person. There are over 50 roms to choose from and all of them vary in their own way. You would first want to look at whats wrong or missing from the stock rom.

P-Slim is exactly right... It's a personal preference.. What are you looking for in your new ROM? Do you just want your Touch Pro to run faster?
