Although microsoft claims support for html composing, I am still at a loss as to how this is accomplished as well:

Now I know it supports html, if I type a link when composing and sending, it sends as a full html formatted clickable link. But as far as bullets, font color/size, I've been unable to accomplish this simple task. Must be a way....
