Have you tried running the power meter tools to see if they can read discharge rates?

I have no idea how to do that. I can't find power meter tools.

Re: Seidio Extended Battery worth it? 2000 mAh

I would like this info too. I am looking for some sort of ower meter that will tell me what my battery charge is and if the power coming in via USB is as certain value i.e. is charger A equal to charger B in current?

I have a charger I am convinced does not put out the power it should. never filly charges and always takes a LONG time.

Try Powerguard http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=53755 (got to /control/start monitor/in app to use)
or
no2chems NuePower http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/page/nuePower.aspx

I use NuePower and acbpower (running in background).
