I had the same thing happen with my Sprint Touch Pro... They swapped the keyboard free with the insurance... Took 1 hour.

Well going on 24hrs and not 1 hitch with the fix assurion gave me. Incase you didnt see my post. All you do is pull the battery and hold power button down for 30seconds, replace battery and start phone. The keyboard has worked flawless ever since.

Glad that worked for you, no go for me. Mine's still deader than dead.

No im out of my 30 days, and i live in New York, last time i replaced this thing it took like 2 weeks before i got a new one.

Look here, I had the same issue. We're not the only ones with the problem, your carrier should replace it.

I don't understand this "30 days" thing. I've had old phones with Sprint that went south for some reason far past 1 month of ownership and Sprint replaced them with no TEP, no questions asked. Is there something we should know?

(I have TEP and my phone is fine, I just want to be informed. I also have warranty extension through my credit card but don't want to go there if not necessary.)
