how to default reset with buttons ?

while the phone is off, hold down the power button, the volume down button, and the center button on the dpad. then press the volume up button when the screen comes up. this should do a hard reset.

OO bella Mizzi, what I can do to another metod to repair my TP, because the hard reset that you have posted doesn't work.

Pop the battery for a while. Put it back in. Soft-reset if necessary.

On my Verizon Touch pro the way I hard Reset is hold the OK Button and press the reset button with your stylis and keep holding the OK button until the warning message comes up
