A few things

Im loving this phone but there are a few things thats stupping me. Is there anyway to make the favorites in quickmenu open up in opera? The other thing is the on screen keyboards: for some reason they all only doing numbers. It will not do letters for some reason. The full qwerty keyboard wont let me go to the letters portion of the keyboard. Its stuck on the numbers portion and will not go anywhere. If someone can help me out with these that would be great.

have you hard reset the phone yet? if not i would.

I did a hard reset but the on screen keyboards are still onlu doing numbers and not letting me press letters

someone else had this issue and i cant remember what ended up bein the solution.....

The old school word completion causes this. Either remove it and reset your registry values to stock or reinstall the old school fix cab. This is why I am learning to live with T9. The old school stuff keeps messing up my keyboards.
