Another way to "wake up" touch pro?

Hello,

I have had my Sprint Touch Pro for over a month now and really like it compared to my old Treo's but I have one question that I hope one of you can answer......

Currently there are two ways to wake up my phone when it is asleep, either by sliding out the keyboard or by removing the stylus. My question is are there are other ways to wake up my phone to make a call? My treo was real easy in that I would pull it out of my pocket, hit the call button and then hit the center button to unlock (wake up) the phone to make a call or send a text. I would love to be able to not have to remove my stylus or slide out my keyboard just to make a call.

I am using JD's Rom version 1.7 and have used a few other Roms along with stock but in every version the above is the same.

I think you can tap the power button on top of the phone to both wake up the phone or put it back to sleep ... try that out ...
