Association URL with Opera

Hello, I have a Touch Pro. I copied my favorites from PIE from my old phone (Moto Q) to a directory on the TP. Now, when I browse the directory and double click a URL file, it launches PIE. Is there anyway to change this to launch Opera instead?

I did this red edit:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\: DEFBROWSER
"0"=Opera Browser
"1"="\Windows\OperaL.exe\"

And that works for when I have a link in an email, it launches Opera, not PIE, which is good.

I used Total Commander to change the file association for URL's to Operal.exe instead of iexplorer. But, when I double click on a URL file, it opens Opera, but just shows a blank page.
