file associations, .jpg?

i installed that program that can connect to orb, i forget the name and my phone's in the car, but it starts with a k.. komono or something? anyways, so i installed it, and it made itself the associated program for .jpgs, so i switched it back to the wm photo viewer, but the icons are now blank.. any way to fix that?

its called kinoma. just uninstall then reinstall. i use it for orb and didnt change anything.

make them and drop them in kinoma folder.

Yeah.. It's Kinoma.. Konoma was close though.. You can also change a setting in Kinoma so that it doesn't scan for you files automatically like that...

That is the one annoying thing that Kinoma does that they have flat out refused to fix for some reason.

I have the paid version of KinomaPlay & I like it, but stealing file associations without asking permission is inexcusable. I absolutely DO NOT want Kinoma to open every time I click on a jpeg in file explorer for instance.

After installing KP, I always have to go into Resco Explorer & undo the associations & reset them the way I want.

Kinoma irritated me yesterday when I went to play a TV show I recorded & then copied to my 16 gig card. I went to the file, waited for KP to scan & then it said "unsupported video codec" I got no video but could hear the sound.

I then opened it in Windows media player & it played just fine...........
