windows media player problems

I've been having some trouble with getting my windows media library to work correctly.

1) Some songs appear in the library 4 or 5 times for no reason even though they are only on my phone memory once.
2) Album art doesn't load for certain albums (m4a)
3) It is a pain in the *** having to "update library" each time i add songs.

Are there any work arounds or codecs I can download? It seems like it has trouble with most things besides plain mp3s. I'm on os x.

I've also been experimenting with kinoma free player and like it pretty well. Is there any way to link it with the music tab?? Probably not i guess, but that would be really sweet.

I ditched Window Media Player and stuck with Kinoma as soon as I installed it.. I don't know of any work arounds for the 'Update Library'.. I would try deleting the fake duplicates.. Window Media Player doesn't support that many codecs anyway... Kinoma supports a lot more... I do believe it would be possible to link Kinoma to the Music Tab, but I am not knowledgeable enough in customizing Touch Flo to know where to start...
