Sync Touch Pro with other phones for contacts

I thought I would title generic just in case their are programs for more than just my phone.

I have a Motorola RAZR V3 (GSM) and would like to move the phone numbers to the Touch Pro. Yes, the Sprint store people were kind enough to ask if I wanted them transferred but, I was in a rush and didn't want to bother them as they were busy.

Your best bet it to use BitPim... Then transfer the .pim file back onto your Touch Pro... Actually... I would say go back to the store so there is no hassle, but BitPim is the best program I could think of... Good luck!

I was in a situation where I couldn't be in a Sprint store for several days when my phone first arrived so I went out looking for ways to move my contacts from my Blackberry to my Pro. I didn't see many answers to how you could best do this (on the cheap) so I went with the easiest work around. Create a Windows Live account and you can move contacts from phones, Windows Mail, etc. Hope that works for you.

BTW, Yahoo email accounts can do something similar so you may want to look at that as well.

Sorry, I guess I should have assumed some vets here would think anyone with a low post count to be a complete noob and moron. I apologize for not stating each avenue I took prior to posting here. In the future I will make it clear and maybe even make it my signature that I ALWAYS search the forums, Google, warez sites etc. prior to posting a question such as this just so I can avoid childish replies as the above which only seem to boost some sort of macho ego that -- ooo look I GOT him with that one.
