Backing up before flashing

When you guys constantly change ROMs, how do you back up things like songs, pictures, texts, and programs? Is it as simple as checking off everything in Activesync or do you use a 3rd party program?

Re: Backing up before flashing

I keep my songs and pictures on my sd card and backup my text messages and contacts, etc with PIMbackup. As far as the programs go, I just reinstall em after a flash.

How often do you flash? Some ROM "cooks" release updates every week
