they also offered me insurance $6 just like sprint, but they replace in store.
I didnt ask, but if they replace with new unit, then it's better than Sprint's refurbish policy.
I hav 2 go back and check...

ugh if you go to bestbuy, remember to tell them to freakin call sprint first for eligible renewal credit of $70. otherwise, you get shafted on that and if you try to call in AFTER upgrade, they either 1) reject you, or 2) give you a smaller credit (in my case, $50), or 3) give you the $70 because you have a cool rep or you can really convince them. INCONSISTENT SPRINT.. YET AGAIN!

I got one on hold at best buy..... after getting almost a foot of snow I was not able to get up there to get it and the guy said he would hold it for me till tommorow. What nice people they are. I cant wait to get it.

What do you mean by this? I got the phone for $216 w/ taxes included. Doesn't that mean that the update credit worked?
