Guess I'm stuck with VZW for a month and hoping to see another deal like this pop up. Is there any way to order from a BB store that has in stock, have it shipped and just port to the current local number? I'm told that the nearest BB store that has Sprint phones w/plans available is in OR - I live in WA. =(

ok returned the phone to sprint, went to BB was on hold with sprint for 2 hrs, finally got the ok, then was told that I still had the touch in my posesion, which i have a recipt from sprint for the return.

So I am going with ATT i think, I want to thank you all for all of your help with the phone, as I dont have the extra cash for a $30 data plan, and will go with just a basic phone

Closest BB which has this deal in their ad is 158 miles away but in the same state and area code. Think I have a case to get a price match from a corp. store?

I'd be driving right now if I knew they had some in stock, but have to wait until they open now. =\

nah dont waste your time driving that far. BB's own site says they match their own store ads from other areas

Sorry, I forgot to mention that for some reason my friendly neighborhood BB stores do not perform Sprint activations for anything other than aircard modems. The TP is definitely not present in my local (99027, p.18 ) ad, yet is there in the other (99336) one. The TP based on the SKU (9064406) shows up on the BB website for $749.99 only.

*sigh* I should have tried harder before posting that...it appears another local store has it for $199. Sweet. I'm off to hopefully get it pricematched here, since that other store is within my "local area".
