I had a T-Mobile Dash that liked to call 911 by itself. At first I thought it was because I didn't lock my keys and I just happened to accidentally dial the number. After the 4th time it happened within two weeks (with locked keys!), I decided it was time to flash the phone, which thankfully stopped the issue.

Doesn't 911 fine you for stuff like that?
