Are you on Sprint or VZW?

I am on Sprint and can confirm what veetvoojagig said. I can p@ss an intersection and by the time I get to the next intersection, it is showing me at the one I already p@ssed. I get fast locks. I've tried everything from QuickGPS to any fix I could find on XDA. Even tried using GPSGate, and still very significant lag. Like I said before, makes the navigation quite pointless, as I can miss turns without a GPS system :P .

If you have Sprint and you still have a lag, then that is peculiar.. I know I did a Hard Reset on my phone and it cured the issue just fine..

My first TP SprintNav worked fine. Never tested on the replacement, although I did have to do a hard reset after Sprint Tech Support couldn't fix me up when I didn't have data on the new TP.

haha yeah I've noticed that. Dunno why. Guess that can go along with the word requirement when searching as random weird things.

Re: Has there been a gps lag fix yet???

No lag here, do you have "My Location" turned on when you use GPS, and do you have the Almanac data downloaded from QuickGPS (which requires "My Location" to be on as well when downloading...)

Re: Has there been a gps lag fix yet???

Yep, 'my location' is on. I'm wondering if this may be an argument of semantics now. 'Working fine' for one person might be overly laggy for another. (GMaps seems to be a bit less laggy than Sprint Nav). Sprint Nav was dead on on my Razr, and it wasn't even true GPS.

Re: Has there been a gps lag fix yet???

laggy here, it's always like a quarter mile behind where i am, so it's easy to miss turns
