Call Firewall issue on Touch Pro

When I block someone from texting me, it works great... however when I put someone from calling me, it doesn't work. Is there a certain way you have to enter the phone number for it to work?

check to see if prepend dialing is turned on under phone setting (in other words if there is a "1" before the number that comes in) as a test try 1(###)###-#### and (###)###-#### as the blocked number and see which one works.

u have to put it in there exactly the way it shows up on caller id...
