Of course an app like Live search doesn't work, it pulls all its info from the internet. That still has nothing whatever to do with the GPS working or not.
The GPS does not need any internet connection or data to work, & will work just fine without either one..

In my Titan that is sitting here, if I open GarminXT in it, it will get a fix & locate my house with no inet or data connection whatever.

basically what im saying, well was saying.. (we got completely off topic) the reason the gps programs that i was using didnt work, was because pie wasnt working.. when pie doesnt pull in data, programs that work through pie wont respond either.. ie tcpmp, quick gps updater, live search, sprint nav, ect... and i meant that if i fixed pie i, all my other issues will be resolved
