a way to share Tethering connection with two laptops?

Possible to use my phone's internet on my laptop BUT also able to share (broadcast) it to another over wifi to another laptop?

search for "wmwifirouter" basically turns your phone into a wireless router, u can connect 10+ pcs to it all at once
