Text and Email Un-Responsive???

Whats going on everyone, well the problem Ive been having with my Pro lately is with text and emails becoming un-responsive. I can make and receive call just fine, go into other programs just fine but every so often I will try and reply or start a new text it does nothing. I hit new text button or reply and does not open the messaging program, i then do a soft reset to get it to work. I notice that I dont receive any ne email notifications during this time its dead but I do receive text but just cant reply? I tried searching for a similar problem here but all I can find is the thread on the phone being un-responsive after a long night of charging, which it does do that also every so often as well. I would really hate to return it since its such a nice phone but at this price we should not be having ALL these issues. Thanks.

I have experience a similar situation before, Did you install any programs lately? I installed a third party apps once and my phone become shaky, it didn't respond as fast. So, i uninstalled it.If you can't find a solution tor you problem i suggest u to hard reset it before returning it.

I have a few programs installed but the problem is I did a hard rest on the device already a week after I got it and installed most of them in one day. So its hard to tell which one is the culprit. Here are the ones I have installed:
