Outlook Read Receipts

When I get my mail on my TP off our MAPI mail client it marks the message read and when I look at the mail again on the PC outlook it doesnt send a read reciept.

Well my company requires that we acknowledge receipt of messages. So....
I would like my TP to give read receipts and WM 6.1 outlook doesnt look like it will do this. Is there a fix.

Another quirk in WM6.1 outlook is that I cannot do a select all if I want to mark all messages read, I have to scroll thru them all. Is there a fix for this as well.
