There is a lag when uploading, that's all.

Re: Posting pictures to Facebook easily

I only have myspace, photobucket, and online albums when it shows the plus sign. Anyone know why this is?

Select (highlight) a picture
Click menu lower right of screen
scroll to Post to Service
Select Facebook
select continue at confirmation
That's it, the pics should now be a mobile upload in your facebook profile.
For some reason I can't find the Configure Destination icon... it isn't in the menu for mine... I'm on the Juggalo rom if that has anything to do with it.

I can get to the configure destination menu but it only gives me MySpace, Photobucket and "Online Albums" as a choice - tapping anywhere does nothing, it doesn't let me add Facebook. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Posting pictures to Facebook easily

Eh.
Sprint's picture mail kinda blows. It's crazy inconsistent for me (only seemed to work if pics were resized to 640x480 and it still failed from time to time), and really slow compared to email, so I kinda gave up on it.
I tried Shozu, and that worked alright. I didn't like how it crashed Worldcard, but if you don't use worldcard then it's fine.

My solution was to use Flickr and Switchabit. You can get a dedicated Flickr email address (which I named "flickr upload" in my contacts), so I send the pic to Flickr in an email. Then Switchabit automatically transfers the pic to Facebook for me. The lag is never more than a couple minutes.

Its at the top of the menu - you might have to scroll up.

For those that cant find the Configure Destination Option you need to Click and Hold on a picture in the album. Thats what I ended up doing and then it was there. Hope that helps.

I must be missing something. I do not see a "plus" sign next to "Configure Destinations". I keep getting that mobile.windows.spaces.live message.

Stock ROM
PicMail cab installed (although using sMMS)

will continue to pull hair out now.

Thanks again,
Skid

Re: Posting pictures to Facebook easily

Wow do you guys make this harder than it really is. I just send pictures to Mobile@facebook.com As long as your number is confirmed it works just fine. No diggin for setting, no outside program, just a simple mms or email. The pic go in your mobile upload album. So simple.
