Exclamation Transferring Problem?

I don't know if I did something wrong or not, but I was transferring songs to my Touch Pro and it worked fine for a good hour but after that the phone got disconnected from my laptop and when I tried to connect the USB again, it wasn't recognized. I restarted my laptop twice. I have installed the stuff from the CD.
Can someone help me?
Thanks

Re: Transferring Problem?

try Start/Settings/Connections/USB to PC and "uncheck" the "Enable advanced network functionality" setting

Re: Transferring Problem?

I don't have the "Enable advanced network functionality setting" option.
The only options I have is Active Sync and Disk Drive.
The Disk Drive option is checked if it matters any.

Re: Transferring Problem?

When you plug your phone in, do you get a popup asking what you would like to connect as?

Re: Transferring Problem?

I thought it was a standard option to choose, just under the ActiveSync option.

If you choose "Disk Drive" activesync will not activate since now you have made the TP kinda like a flash drive.

That is what happens when I chose "Disk Drive"

This worked once for me, YMMV.

Try plugging the USB cable into a different port on the PC.
