Thank you so much! I was reading I had to hold the phone upside down press select and vol down. and press reset or power. I was having all sorts of problems. That way you told me had the reset option come up RIGHT away! Thanks
Phone seems to be working now
Just gota reinstall all my brothers apps now, but im tired and going to bed.
