It is actually a nice feature it comes standard onm the instinct. I like it better than regular voice mail anyday

Reading the posts on web it sounds like visual voice mail now available for TP. Any experience?

VVM just stopped working in SC on Touch Pro today. The feature cannot be re-added to the account and it just worked from mid june to today without my account being provisioned for it. I'm thinking the switch reset.

I tried last week and this week to add Visual Voicemail to my touchpro, and both reps have told me it was not available on the feature list. Got the app with the new official rom, but still no backend support from what I can tell. When I try to activate it from within the app, it tells me to call customer service...

I just spoke to a rep, despite our firmware being updated to support it, the billing system has not. He acknowledged that it could be manually provisioned, but that the switch refreshes would nuke it.

/sigh.

Me too. Got the app on the new replacement phone, said to call customer service, reps say it's not available yet (sigh).
